Duties

• Provide 1st tier support and trouble shooting for company's network including Data services, Mobile Value-added Service, Mobile Roaming, SMS and IDD
• Handle real time alarm and traffic performance monitoring to meet the service quality target
• Execute immediate restorative actions for system failure to minimize service interruption
• Provide technical solution in solving customers' complaints

Education Requirements

• Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines

Skill Requirements

• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese; fluency in English is a plus

Other Requirement

• Willing to work on 7 x 24-hour in 3 shifts
