Assist in provision of network equipment installation, monitoring and restoration
Assist in operate Network Operation Center in Data Center and/or Exchange Center to carry out cabling, physical security control and related duties
Assist in handling customer request and on-boarding service to support difference business
Collaborate with internal parties to manage facilities i.e. Security System, fire-fighting & prevention system, Building Management System and related operations
Attend shift duties to support operations whenever necessary
教育程度
Degree / Higher Diploma / Certificate in Electronics, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines
技能要求
Familiar with administration application, e.g. MS Office
Self-motivated, positive thinking and willing to learn new technology
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technician
