工作內容

• Assist in preparing regular reports and system in daily operation
• Assign jobs through operating support system and mobilize staff if required
• Support and direct field technician to carry out the installation and/or restoration
• Support enquiry from internal customer for order status, field staff working progress and appointment making
• Handle enquiries from external customer for appointment and follow up appointment cases
• Coordinate with field supervisor and related parties to arrange urgent site work and joint test

教育程度

• Form 5 / DSE standard or equivalent
• Fresh graduate will also be considered

技能要求

• Good knowledge in voice & broadband services/ products, field working procedures and operation systems
• Good initiative, interpersonal and communication skills with customer-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Good PC knowledge
• Experience in customer service/ management is preferable
