工作內容

• Work with HK and Mainland teams to new products implementation
• Ensure smooth and adequate inventory replenishment
• Prepare products appearances on e-commerce platform
• Monitor customer O2O journey
• Enhance CX to provide excellent customer services by working with other teams such as CS and digital team
• Perform ad-hoc projects/ tasks as assigned

教育程度

• Diploma or above in supply chain management or related discipline are preferred

技能要求

• Working experience in sales support, merchandizing or data management is definitely a plus
• Good logical thinking and always strive for better ways of working
• Able to work under pressure and good communication skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office, Outlook
• Good command in written English and Chinese
