Clerical support to Support Team to assist in day-to-day operation including:
(1) Receive and log for external customer enquiries / incident and internal IT service requests into ticketing system. Proactively case monitoring to ensure the enquiries / request is handled by supporting team on time
(2) Prepare Ticket Summary as required
(3) Particpate in help desk activity for UC. Now projects implementation work
(4) Document control and inventory stock take in Support Team
(5) Other ad-hoc activity as required
Education Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
Skill Requirements
Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin an advantage
Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
and Chinese word processing
