Provide Tier 1 7x24 emergency on-call support and trouble shooting service for the Company's customer on a weekly rotation basis
Customer system being supported include both telecom and enterprise solutions running on various operation system including Cloud, VM, Linux, MS Windows systems and vendor/proprietary platform etc.. The task mainly includes to support and resolve customer network incident/complaint/issue
Assist implementation/Engineering team in the installation, testing and maintenance for new project/service rollout. Create and update documentation for project needs
Provide internal IT Support
Education Requirements
higher diploma or above
Skill Requirements
Good communication skills of written and spoken English, Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin an advantage
Good level knowledge on LAN, WAN, Java, Linux and Desktop OS/application support
Other Requirement
Detail-oriented, good communication skills particularly for non face-to-face channels
Innovative and eager-to-try mindset is essential
Persistent, self-motivated, hardworking and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
