To assist to apply road excavation permit using Highways Department’s Excavation Permit Management System (XPMS);
To assist to coordinate road excavation projects with external and internal parties;
To conduct site measurement, inspection and preparation of technical proposal for extension of external telecommunications duct network to various building/area;
To provide site supervision to contractor for work implementation and monitor progress;
To prepare site drawing, site proposal, as-built drawings and update on system;
To prepare planning and proposal for major project and to liaise concerned internal and external parties for necessary implementation;
To provide support to corrective maintenance of the external telecommunications duct network.
Education Requirements
Higher diploma or above in Engineering or Telecom related discipline
Skill Requirements
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
May need to work in non-office hours occasionally
Other Requirement
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
