Handle customers' technical enquiries and provide technical support, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting regarding Broadband services through telephone communication with customers;
Co-ordinate with vendor and internal parties for problem fixing.
Education Requirements
Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Skill Requirements
Proficient in spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
Responsible, self-motivated, good communication skills with positive attitude
Other Requirement
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
