Support & Deployment Engineer

Duties
Responsible for project implementation and acceptance
Set up, configure, troubleshoot and deploy WiFi and IP solution
Responsible for handling internal and external technical support requests for different enterprise solutions
Provide support to internal & external customers via phone calls and emails
Participate in new product and solutions evaluation
Provide consulting services and support for release package testing, installation and deployment of system software
Education Requirements
Higher Diploma / Degree holders or above in Computer Science / Engineering, IT or related disciplines
Skill Requirements
Sound knowledge of network and server equipment’s setup and trouble-shooting on Linux, Windows, IP router and switch, firewall and WiFi router, etc.
Certificate Holders of CCNA / MCSE would be advantage
Knowledge with 4G/5G and IoT technology would be advantage
Good written and spoken English and Chinese
Other Requirement
Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & inter-personal skill
1 - 3 years relevant work experience in IT/Telecom industry with IP VLAN and VPN configuration environment would be advantage
