Duties

• Conduct network monitoring, network surveillance and preliminary fault diagnosis of various voice, data, and broadband networks in Operation Centers
• Carry out service provisioning and service restoration for various telecom services in Operation Centers
• Perform first-line fault diagnostics, co-ordinate for trouble-shooting, follow through fault cases and carry out escalation to supporting teams
• Handle service reports and confirm service status with customers
• Take up shift and emergency call out duties outside normal working hours

Education Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma / Certificate in Electronics, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines

Skill Requirements

• Technical and practical knowledge in digital switching, data, broadband or mobile systems will be an advantage
• Knowledge in fault management and customer handling
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently under high pressure
• Good command of English and Mandarin
